The changes to the points test includes; 10points if you are single or your partner is an Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen, 15 points for applicants who are being sponsored for a Skilled Work Regional or sponsored by a family member and that if the minister have approved that sponsorship, & 5 points if the applicants spouse or de facto partner is also an applicant and who has competent English.
